Position Overview
We’re hiring a sharp, highly autonomous Chief of Staff to lead and scale our internal systems, people, and performance. You’ll own cross-functional execution across sales, content, delivery, and client success—ensuring everything runs smoothly and scales efficiently. This is a high-leverage role designed for someone who can build from zero, lead with clarity, and drive toward results without micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations across internal teams and client delivery
- Lead and manage a global team of 12+ offshore talent with clarity and accountability
- Build, document, and enforce SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems
- Oversee and optimize internal tools and automations using Zapier, Make, and Notion
- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination across sales, content, and client success
- Drive exceptional client experience by ensuring communication and delivery stay on point
- Hire, onboard, and coach new operations team members as the company scales
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Experiment with AI tools and workflows to drive internal efficiency
- Support the CEO directly with strategic operations, reporting, and scaling systems
Must-Haves:
- Based in LATAM or South Africa
- 3-4 years of proven experience leading operations in a high-growth startup
- Deep expertise with Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and automation tools
- Experience implementing AI workflows or optimization tools
- Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization and execution skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
- Proactive, resourceful, and independent—comfortable leading without constant oversight
Nice-to-Haves
- Have experience in agency or service-based businesses
- Know how to build Airtable dashboards or advanced automations
- Have worked in content or marketing operations
- Understand how to improve operational efficiency and profit margins
