Cooperation model

This role presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in launching a startup from scratch. In our venture building model, you will have significant control over shaping both the product and the enterprise. Your role involves strategizing and executing ambitious plans, managing operations comprehensively, and guiding a team toward peak performance. This position allows you to influence strategic direction, catalyze growth, and make a substantial impact. Ideal candidates should possess excellent sales and networking skills and a deep insight into technology and business development.

Our B2B platform is a groundbreaking tool for companies participating in public tenders. Using modern technology and automation, we support users in correctly and efficiently preparing their bids, giving them a competitive advantage in the public procurement market.

Main responsibilities as a Co-founder

  • Driving the product and sales strategy to establish the platform as a market leader in public procurement automation,

  • Leading and managing the sales and business development team to acquire and retain B2B clients,

  • Overseeing the product development roadmap to align with market needs and regulatory requirements,

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the public procurement ecosystem (government agencies, large enterprises, procurement consultants),

  • Ensuring the platform meets all legal and compliance requirements related to public tenders,

  • Identifying and executing growth opportunities, including partnerships, integrations, and new revenue streams,

  • Collaborating with engineering and product teams to optimize automation and AI-driven functionalities for public tenders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, VP of Product, or General Manager) in a software house or SaaS company.

  • Proven track record in participating in and winning public tenders, including knowledge of tender processes and compliance regulations.

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, particularly in the public procurement sector.

  • Understanding of software product management, from ideation to market launch, with a focus on automation and AI-driven solutions.

  • Familiarity with legal and procedural aspects of public tenders, including electronic procurement platforms and compliance standards.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with both private and government entities.

  • Experience in scaling SaaS products, managing product-market fit, and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with e-procurement platforms such as TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) or local public tender systems,

  • Background in legal consulting or compliance within the public procurement space,

  • Experience with AI-based document processing and automated bid preparation,

  • Understanding of Polish public tendering regulations,

  • Track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses in regulated industries,

  • Strong public speaking and thought leadership presence in the procurement technology space.
