Location: Cardiff-based office, with flexible Remote or Hybrid work options
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)

What Your Day Might Look Like
Inspire and lead teams through coaching, reviews, and performance planning
Handle sensitive, complex, and high-priority cases (VIPs, vulnerable customers, legal claims, and more)
Analyse service KPIs and implement enhancements to processes
Deliver training and support for remote and in-office staff
Maintain regulatory compliance and audit excellence
Collaborate across departments to improve communication and client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in claims or insurance team supervision
Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Strong attention to detail, planning and organisational abilities
A proactive, positive approach with a passion for mentorship
Confidence in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in compliance or insurance environments is a plus
