We started in 2008, offering Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), Peer Reviews, Physician Advisor Reviews, Drug Utilization Reviews, and other clinical review services. We serve the Workers Compensation, Pharmacy, Disability, Group Health, and Auto/Liability sectors of the insurance industry, as well as Federal and State Claims.

Our national network includes over 20,000 board-certified physicians in active practice, covering all 50 states. These doctors specialize in over 100 medical areas and work from more than 30,000 locations. We also work with a variety of other medical professionals, including Dermatologists, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, Internal Medicine specialists, Sleep Medicine specialists, and Registered Nurses. Many of these roles are telework independent contractor positions.

Our services provide objective, evidence-based medical opinions for clinical cases, leading to higher quality reports, quicker turnaround times, and increased satisfaction for adjusters and nurses.

Many of our expert reviewer positions are telework independent contractor roles, offering flexible schedules. This allows reviewers to choose the types of cases they handle and manage their workload. We support our independent consultants with administrative help and an easy-to-use online portal for their workflow.
