We are a program administrator and managing general agent (MGA) founded in 2016. We underwrite and operate insurance programs using an end-to-end platform that connects insurance markets and distribution channels. We use advanced systems, data, and analytics, including AI underwriting, to streamline our operations and distribution. We primarily serve retail and wholesale distribution partners.

We offer a range of commercial property and casualty insurance products, including commercial property, hospitality (bars, taverns, nightlife), long-haul trucking, and various contractors’ coverages like general liability and workers’ compensation. Our other offerings include Auto and Non-Standard Auto (NSA), Pollution Liability, Marine Insurance, and Entertainment Insurance.

We also operate a Wholesale Workers Comp Division focused on small-market construction accounts.

We operate the ISCx Marketplace, a digital platform where partners can quote and bind coverages. Over 50 engineers work on developing and improving our technology. We write over $450 million in premium annually across 12 verticals and have between 201-500 employees. We are backed by private equity firm KKR. In 2023, we won the Distribution Innovation of the Year for our AI underwriting. We were also recognized as a 2025 5-Star Wholesale Broker and MGA.
