As a Client Partner you will be the face of NewRocket, leading our top-tier Financial Services accounts, forging deep, trusted relationships within our clients and partner (ServiceNow). Your objective will be to drive growth and profitability, expanding revenue, elevating our brand, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple high-impact projects. What You’ll Do:
- Grow and Manage Key Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of $5M-$10M+ across banking, insurance, capital markets, etc… driving strategic expansion and revenue growth.
- Deliver Excellence: Partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier project success and maximize client satisfaction (CSAT).
- Consult & Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full power of their ServiceNow platform.
- Lead Without Limits: Influence across our global organization, working with delivery, sales, and advisory teams to shape the future of digital transformation.
Your Superpowers:
- 12+ years in professional services/consulting, with a mix of delivery and sales experience.
- Broad knowledge the financial services industries and trends
- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
- Deep expertise in technology consulting & ServiceNow ecosystem.
- A strategic thinker who also knows how to get things done.
