We were founded in September 2018 to provide financial infrastructure technology and services for sophisticated investors. Our cloud-native platform gives clients access to assets across various markets. We built it for speed, transparency, and scale, offering technology, tools, and services previously mostly available to large institutions.

Our platform offers multi-asset clearing, with features like real-time data, risk management, and consolidated information. It’s cloud-native and API-based, making it scalable and cost-effective to maintain. Our portfolio management system helps with trading and risk management, giving clients insights into risk, margin, exposures, P&L, and various reports.

We serve a diverse client base, including hedge funds, proprietary traders, broker-dealers, ETF issuers, family offices, and asset managers.

Since our inception, we have expanded our services and capabilities:

• December 2018: Started operating as a clearing broker-dealer.
• January 2019: Entered the prime brokerage market.
• July 2019: Started servicing active traders; processed our first U.S. equities trade in August 2019.
• July 2020: Acquired professional trading platform CenterPoint Securities.
• September 2021: Added U.S. options.
• November 2022: Launched Automated Trading Locates Allocation Systems (ATLAS).
• June 2023: Began offering equity finance services.
• July 2023: Acquired cloud-native futures clearing platform React Consulting Services.
• October 2023: Expanded capabilities to include futures.
• January 2024: Began offering futures clearing services.
• April 2024: Started offering fixed income and repo.
• October 2024: Acquired Bruce ATS.
• May 2025: Launched Clear Street Investment Banking.

Today, we have over 800 employees worldwide and serve about 700 institutional clients. We process around 550 million shares and $28.4 billion notional daily, marking a 94% year-over-year growth in transactions. We have raised $1.0 billion in capital and manage about $16 billion in customer balances.
