Be the next Client Success Executive to join our SMB Client Success team in the US!

Ready to be the heartbeat of our client relationships at Wellhub? We’re on the hunt for a passionate Client Success team member who thrives on helping businesses and their employees unlock the full potential of wellness. This isn’t just about managing accounts; it’s about being a true partner, building lasting connections, and ensuring every client feels the Wellhub magic!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Cultivating Longevity: Expertly manage and renew client contracts, identifying key upsell opportunities to deepen their relationship with Wellhub;
  • Strategic Growth Partner: Dive into client data – financial performance, engagement metrics, and more – to develop tailored strategies that maximize their return on investment with Wellhub.
  • Troubleshooter: Skillfully mediate any challenges or concerns, proposing creative and effective solutions that delight our clients and align with their wellbeing goals.
  • Unlocking Potential: Proactively identify and seize new opportunities to expand our service offerings within existing client accounts.
  • Insights Generator: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions about their wellness programs.
  • Engagement Driver: Design and implement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen their long-term commitment to Wellhub.
  • Relationship Manager: Secure the continuation of valuable client relationships while ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements that enhance our service delivery and consistently exceed client expectations in their wellness journey.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in Procurement, Sales or Client Success, particularly at a fast paced technology company;
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended;
  • Experience in using Salesforce, Google Sheets and Tableau is a plus;
  • Experience nurturing a portfolio of clients;
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the challenges that come with a rapid growth company;
  • Strong ability to influence & coordinate cross-functional areas, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive, organized, agile and independent profile, who knows how to deal with pressure and changes constants (resilient).

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the Hourly base salary range for this role is $31.26 - $42.00. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

Our US HQ is in New York City. We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Wellhubbers and their leaders can make the best decisions for their scope. This includes flexibility to adjust their working hours based on their personal schedule, time zone, and business needs.

WELLHUB: We believe in our mission and encourage our employees and their families to take care of their wellbeing too. Access onsite gyms and fitness studios, digital fitness programs, and online wellness resources for meditation, nutrition, mental health support, and more. You will receive the Gold plan at no cost, and other premium plans will be significantly discounted.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s important to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
