Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Expansion Manager to lead localized advertising efforts for our clinics in major metro areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer acquisition and a strong skill set in branding, design, and digital marketing strategies. This person will also have previously launched a new location with physical retail and is eager to bring that expertise to Yes Hearing. Having worked with major hearing and/or optical retailers or ENT groups is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Localized Advertising: Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns in key metro areas to attract new customers to our clinics.

  • Agency & Affiliate Management: Collaborate with external agencies and affiliates to maximize marketing ROI.

  • Digital Acquisition Strategies: Manage all digital acquisition efforts, including paid search, analytics, and innovative advertising streams.

  • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content, copy, and Figma prototypes that align with our brand identity.

  • Collaborative Marketing: Partner with local businesses and adapt marketing strategies to fit the unique needs of physical clinic locations.

  • Brand Development: Lead branding initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

  • 5–10 years in marketing roles, preferably within major hearing or optical retailers.

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers through innovative and effective marketing strategies.

  • Expertise in localized advertising strategies.

  • Strong design capabilities using Figma and Photoshop.

  • Proficiency in paid search, analytics, and overall digital acquisition.

  • Exceptional branding and copywriting skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation for this position is based on the candidate’s years of experience, skills, and expertise, as well as the cost of living and market conditions in the physical location of the role. Salary offers may vary accordingly.
