We are a mission-driven startup using AI to improve the quality of medical care. Our full team consists of 30 friendly, hardworking, and positive people working remotely – including an engineering and R&D team of ~5 people. This position will report directly to one of the MD/PhD co-founders and include many opportunities for fast-paced experiences with the potential for rapid advancement.
We serve hundreds of organizations across the US where we help significantly reduce documentation time and optimize CPT coding while minimizing compliance risks. We do this by helping write the notes in real-time for providers while providing coding and compliance guidance. We also read 100% of all historically written notes to provide compliance and coding insights to practice management. We grew by 6x last year and are on track to grow 3x this year.
We are beginning to scale rapidly and have a rapidly growing dataset as well as questions we want to answer. This involves searching for patterns between our clinical, product, and usage data and answering questions with data that will help leadership as well as our clients make decisions. We have no shortage of interesting problems to solve and we are looking for a clinical data engineer & analyst who would like to tackle them with us.

We are looking for a clinical data engineer and analyst who will help us answer questions using our dataset:
- Reason around messy, clinical datasets
- Identify patterns in datasets and conduct analysis to communicate out findings
- Independently generate your own hypothesis and work to answer them with data
- Scope, plan, and deliver on complex projects with minimal direction
- Learn and adapt quickly
- Collaborate with a team of individuals with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $125K-$200K yearly
