We founded Calm in 2012 as a mental health company. We offer a consumer app and Calm Health.

Our consumer app, downloaded over 180 million times, helps users with sleep, stress, and mindfulness. It’s available in nearly 190 countries and seven languages. The app features daily and guided meditations, over 500 sleep stories for adults and children, exclusive music for focus and relaxation, mindful movement lessons, and soundscapes. Calm Sleep also provides personalized sleep support.

Calm Health is a digital solution for employers, health plans, and healthcare providers. It supports over 3,500 organizations and covers more than 26 million lives.
