Founded in 2018, we operate in the healthcare industry. We develop an API platform that connects to national and state medical-record exchanges to facilitate medical-record sharing and interoperability. Our platform provides access to comprehensive longitudinal data on over 320 million patients from more than 160,000 health systems, practices, and clinics. Using machine learning and AI, we synthesize clinical insights to help our customers treat patients.\n\nOur offerings include core APIs that provide FHIR R4 or C-CDA data, which are accessible via a single RESTful API. We also offer specialized data solutions:\n* Particle FOCUS for pre-curated datasets\n* FOCUS by Specialty, providing data for 7 specialties\n* Specialty Search to locate records from Centers of Excellence\n* ADT Feeds for admission, discharge, and transfer notifications\n* Pharmacy access for prescription records\nWe also offer TEFCA in a Box for integration with the TEFCA and QHIN ecosystem.\n\nOur Insights Platform helps value-based care organizations, health systems, payers, and developers across primary care (on-site, virtual, home health), specialty care (oncology, endocrinology, cardiology), and platforms/EHRs. It can help with readmission prevention, care gap closure, referral management, patient risk stratification, treatment eligibility, and appointment preparation. It also offers features like Signal alerts for transitions of care, custom analytics, AI-powered summarization of clinical history, medication records (Med Rec), and patient care journey details. We are compliant with HITRUST, SOC2, HIPAA, oAUTH 2.0, MFA, SSO, and Audit APIs.
