Summary
The job is an internship opportunity at Mission Capital's New York office in commercial real estate finance. The intern will assist in creating investment proposals, conduct market research, prepare due diligence materials, and perform other ad-hoc tasks. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in creation of investment and financing proposals and offering memorandums
- Develop insightful market information and statistics via research and review of available materials
- Portfolio stratification and analysis
- Preparation of due diligence materials
- Confidentiality agreement processing/tracking
- Attending weekly investor transaction status reporting
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
