The Role

As a Commercial Operations Executive you will play a critical role in improving the operations and efficiency of the Commercial Team through deal approval, maintaining data quality and building reports and dashboards on Salesforce to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean, accurate data within our Salesforce CRM, support the team with data quality, integrity and train new starters on CRM processes
  • Lead on deal approval, making sure each Salesforce opportunity has been correctly filled out with all necessary information, and to help automate our contract and invoice processes
  • Build and analyse sales reports to spot trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain training and process documentation for the Commercial team
  • Supporting sales teams and stakeholders as they start to use the new version of Salesforce - identifying, escalating and working to fix any issues, answering any data or user interface questions
  • Assist in the development and roll out of sales tools and platforms, to improve the Commercial team’s efficiency and commercial effectiveness

Skills

  • A university degree is a plus, but not essential
  • Experience working with sales teams in a fast global environment is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and escalate and communicate issues when required
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Good communication and relationship building skills as you will need to work closely with the Commercial teams and other departments
