Develops and deploys humanoid robots for material handling in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.

About Agility Robotics

We started Agility Robotics in 2015, focusing on robotics, engineering, software, hardware, automation, and artificial intelligence. We work in robotics engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and third-party logistics.

Our main product is Digit, which we believe is the first commercially available humanoid robot. Digit helps automate repetitive material handling tasks in warehouses, logistics, and manufacturing. It uses embodied AI and advanced whole-body control, with AI techniques to speed up its development and teach it new skills.

We also offer Agility Arc, a cloud platform that lets you control robots and other equipment to deploy and integrate automated workflows. We aim to help fill the labor gap, as there were over 1 million unfilled material handling positions in the US as of 2023.

Mission & Values

We combine scientific breakthroughs with engineering to create humanoid robots that perform useful work. Our goal is to build the humanoid robot industry by offering a complete solution that integrates robotics, software, automation technology, physical infrastructure, AI, and modern manufacturing.

We want to make businesses more productive and improve people’s lives. Equity and inclusion are central to our practices, and we foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Team & Culture

We are a company of 201-500 employees. Our culture encourages motivation and hard work, balanced with a healthy work-life. We value positive, adaptable attitudes in our dynamic work environment and support flexibility.

While we support a distributed workforce, some roles are remote-friendly. We also have preferred in-person collaboration options or specific roles based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Salem, OR, or Pittsburgh, PA.
