Salary: P40,000 – P70,000 monthly package
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Pacific Time
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 2 years of previous commercial appraisal experience required
- Requires average knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles
- Complete understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets
- Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Must have report and/or document preparation experience
What will you do?
Prepares written commercial real estate appraisal reports from cover to cover with minimal analytical guidance of a senior appraiser.
Prepares and completes analysis and research for complex properties in partnership with a Senior Valuer. (To be reviewed by Manager or QC Director)
Items included in the production of an appraisal report include:
- Examines and analyzes simple income producing properties and writes an analysis based on market comparisons.
- Assists in examining and analyzing income producing properties writing an analysis based on market comparisons
- Makes a comparison analysis based on sales of similar properties with significant input from Senior Valuer.
- Analyzes past revenue and expense performance and projects a stabilized operating statement with significant input from Senior Valuer.
Updates job knowledge by tracking current real estate values and property development potential, including land use restrictions; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations for the purpose of conducting accurate appraisals.
Contributes to overall organizational goals by contributing to the internal comparable database.
Maintains AEI Valuation’s reputation by conforming to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP); keeping information confidential.
