Job description
Salary: P35,000 – P45,000 monthly package
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools like DASH and Quire.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What will you do?
- Set up new projects in the database
- Review and interpret contracts for project accuracy.
- Ensure data entry is precise and consistent.
- Notify regional offices and relevant department staff of all new projects.
- Create and maintain project folders, including saving contracts and related job materials.
- Collaborate with PMs, and SAs to resolve coordination issues and address project concerns.
- Handle special client requests, project coordination queries, and address project requirements.
- Follow up on all aspects of project coordination.
- Assist with portfolio setup, including data entry, folder creation, and historical ordering when necessary.
- Assign a Senior Author and Project Lead for applicable projects, based on Client Team assignments using internal database
