Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.

What will you do?

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records of partner and customer interactions, sales activities, and order progress.
  • Prepare quotations and respond promptly to requests for service from partners and customers.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for partners and customers, addressing their needs and providing support to ensure satisfaction and mutual success.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Foster a solution-focused culture within the team, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Continually improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Process orders in Netportal to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales support activities.
  • Provide support to the Sales Team in their efforts to drive sales and achieve targets.
