Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
What will you do?
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records of partner and customer interactions, sales activities, and order progress.
- Prepare quotations and respond promptly to requests for service from partners and customers.
- Serve as a key point of contact for partners and customers, addressing their needs and providing support to ensure satisfaction and mutual success.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Foster a solution-focused culture within the team, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Continually improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Process orders in Netportal to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales support activities.
- Provide support to the Sales Team in their efforts to drive sales and achieve targets.
