We are creating something completely new in every process & project that we start.
About the Role
As a Community Development intern, you will co-develop and nurture a thriving network of future industry builders in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring together visionary entrepreneurs, foster collaboration, and support their journey of self-discovery and venture creation.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow Indonesia Reapra community through innovative strategies & organic engagement
- Plan & execute events, meetings, and activities that will perpetually grow the community
- Manage social media platforms & create contents to increase visibility, engagement, and awareness of the community
- Develop partnership with like-minded organizations
- Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase founder quality
- Coordinate with teams across the Reapra organization to align efforts & achieve shared goals
- Involved in founder sourcing and onboarding process
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a strong motivation to promote and support a new, non-traditional approach to entrepreneurship
- Able to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting while managing multiple priorities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Experience with social media management, community engagement, and partnership strategies
- Experience in creating and growing communities from the ground up, both online and offline will be a strong advantage
