We’re looking for a Commercial Insights Consultant - Commercial Focus with strong client-facing and commercial skills to lead custom research projects, build strategic relationships, and help expand our portfolio. About the job
As a Consumer Insights Consultant - Commercial Focus, you will be responsible for designing and executing consumer research projects, managing client interactions, and providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis. You’ll work closely with our Market Insights, Account Management, and Business Development teams to help clients make informed business decisions.
This is a full-time, office-based role located at our headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands. Only candidates who are able to work onsite in Arnhem will be considered.

Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage consumer research projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality insights and client satisfaction.
Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
Analyze consumer & market data (Excel, SPSS, XLSTAT) to extract key trends and insights.
Develop and deliver impactful reports & presentations that help clients make strategic decisions.
Work closely with sales & business development teams to strengthen client relationships and drive new opportunities.
Contribute to the growth of Innova’s Consumer Insights business by identifying ways to enhance our research offerings.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or consulting (preferably on the agency side).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, consumer studies, or a related field.
Strong commercial mindset, with experience in client-facing roles, business development, or consulting.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables), SPSS, XLSTAT, and survey tools (Qualtrics is a plus).
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills – able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
