Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Content Marketing Specialist will be a critical part of optimizing the usefulness of Experian Health marketing content and assets, and the impact those assets have on sales enablement and expertise. You will work with the head of content marketing and the content marketing expert to maintain publishing platforms, help with content development, facilitate content deliverables in marketing campaigns, and publish and deliver meaningful reporting for several groups of partners.
You will:
Blog, social media and content creation:·
- Maintain blog in WordPress and produce briefs for content agencies.
- Plan, deploy and maintain engaging, organic content in social media channels.
- Write engaging blog, social, advertising, website, email, and other marketing copy
- Be the technical liaison from the Health marketing group to the global blog governance committee and global marketing operations.
Project Management:·
- Help develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Use project management tools to monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
- Collect necessary information and materials from multiple partners across the organization to support marketing projects.
- Manage the flow of work between marketing and organizational partners, maintaining communication with all partners and ensuring tasks are completed.
- Identify potential project roadblocks and work with team members to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with broader marketing team to help maintain a master marketing calendar that includes all campaigns, events, projects and deadlines.
Reporting and Analysis:·
- Gather data on campaign performance from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe analytics, Seismic).
- Work with teams to develop and publish reports on campaign and channel performance.
Additional Responsibilities:· Collaborate with the digital marketing team and support agency to improve SEO efforts.
Qualifications
- BA in Communications or related field required
- Excellent oral, writing, and editing skills
- 2 - 4 years Knowledge of multiple disciplines in marketing communications
- Experienced in project management
- Collaborative and engaging work style
- Understanding of revenue cycle management in healthcare

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
