Summary
As a Content Production Associate at Tuva, you will collaborate with various teams to develop and produce high-quality curricula materials for their K-12 instructional program. You will manage editorial aspects of workshops, optimize content development workflows, lead a team of content creators, manage relationships with external vendors, monitor industry trends, and have a deep understanding of K-12 curriculum development.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in publishing, education, or media industries, with a focus on editorial and content production
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members across the organization
- Familiarity with industry-standard content creation and production tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, curriculum, and marketing teams to develop and produce high-quality print and digital curricula materials
- Oversee the editorial process for our in-person and online professional development workshops
- Improve and optimize content development, input, editing, and production workflows
- Lead a team of content creators and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as freelance writers, editors, and designers
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in educational publishing, media, and content production
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms is a plus
