About this Position
Join a dynamic Talent Solutions team supporting self-serve digital customer onboarding and product updates through the WalkMe platform. In this role, you’ll create and manage in-product guidance content that enhances the user experience while aligning with brand standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams while contributing to an evolving, customer-first digital program.
Job Responsibilities
Design, create, edit, and publish in-product content for WalkMe.
Test content usability and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and WalkMe support.
Maintain and update content throughout its lifecycle.
Gather requirements and align deliverables with internal teams and program timelines.
Track and report key performance metrics while identifying opportunities for improvements.
Job Skills/Requirements
3+ years of content strategy, content writing, or instructional design experience.
Experience working with WalkMe or a similar program.
Strong writing, editing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage projects independently, and meet deadlines.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with storyboarding or visual content planning techniques is a plus.
Experience with Github is a bonus.
Pay Range: $45.00 - $50/hr
