Job Description

Stadium is looking for a seasoned CPG expert to lead our brand partnerships and product curation strategy.

In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of our curated snack assortment identifying gaps, sourcing high-potential and niche brands, and curating themed boxes that excite customers and drive revenue. You’ll be responsible for optimizing stock flow, developing relationships with the help of sampling to introduce new and innovative CPG products to our corporate customers, and continuously evolving our offering to maximize value for both customers and brand partners.

We’re seeking a strategic, growth-minded builder who knows the CPG landscape inside and out. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations to launch new initiatives and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is relentlessly curious, always hunting for the next emerging trend or overlooked opportunity, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do With Us

  • Proactively scout new, upcoming, and cult-favorite CPG brands to feature on the Stadium platform.
  • Create strategies to increase revenue through CPG partnerships.
  • Build end-to-end relationships with brand partners—from onboarding to collaboration to performance evaluation.
  • Continuously innovate on our curated menu: themes, seasonality, campaigns, visuals, packaging ideas, and more!
  • Be the internal category expert—providing insights on trends, competitors, and whitespace in our offerings.
  • Strategize and execute monetizable ideas that haven’t been done before on SnackMagic.
  • Work closely with the design team to bring brand stories to life in the SnackMagic experience.
  • Guide and manage stock, ensuring optimal turnover and profitability.
  • Identify what we aren’t doing—and lead the charge to test and scale those ideas.

What You Bring To Stadium

  • You have deep expertise in the CPG space, with a strong understanding of both emerging startups and established category leaders.
  • You have a proven track record of success in brand partnerships, sampling relationships, or category management.
  • You naturally think in terms of margin, conversion, and scalable growth.
  • Creative and curious— constantly exploring new trends and untapped opportunities.
  • Organised to run operations and be able to manage logistics, brand needs, and customer experience simultaneously.
  • You take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You are data-driven and analytical, always looking for ways to optimize and improve performance.
  • Bonus: experience in eCommerce, DTC, or box-based business models.

The estimated salary range in the US for this role is between $50,000 - $70,000. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation for candidates residing outside the U.S. will be adjusted based on the cost of living and comparable wages in that country.
