Job Description

As a rapidly growing company, we’re looking for an Onboarding & Training Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you’ll guide new customers through every stage of implementation—from account setup to product training—ensuring their business goals are aligned with our platform’s capabilities.

Our Onboarding team plays a critical role in laying the foundation for long-term customer success. The early stages of the customer journey are where trust is built and alignment is established. By delivering a seamless onboarding experience, collecting key insights for future use cases, and executing initial initiatives flawlessly, we help our customers feel confident, excited, and empowered from day one.

We’re passionate about delivering outstanding service, equipping our customers with the knowledge and tools they need to unlock the full value of our platform. Strong relationships built during onboarding drive customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and ultimately, growth for both our customers and Stadium.

Stadium is based in New York City, but this would be a remote position. Candidates living outside of the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel.

What You’ll Do With Us

  • Lead new customers through the full onboarding process—from account setup to product training—ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, building trust and strong relationships from day one.
  • Understand each customer’s business goals and tailor onboarding to align with their specific needs and use cases.
  • Lead effective and engaging working & training sessions that drive product adoption and user confidence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent and informed customer experience.
  • Identify early opportunities and challenges within customer accounts and proactively communicate them to internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and document key customer information and use cases to support long-term success and account growth.
  • Continuously refine onboarding materials and processes based on customer feedback and platform updates.
  • Help cultivate excitement and engagement in new customers by highlighting product value and best practices.
  • Track onboarding metrics and milestones to ensure timelines and customer goals are met.

  • Team player and humble attitude
  • An eager desire to make a meaningful impact on the ground floor of a growing start up
  • English as a first language (additional languages a plus)
  • Strategic thinker able to envision and execute long-term goals
  • 1-2 years experience in customer-facing or people-oriented roles

Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation will be adjusted based on the cost of living and wages in that country.
