✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content Marketer to elevate HitPay’s brand voice and narrative. Your content will help define what HitPay stands for—empowering local businesses, simplifying payments, and scaling with purpose.

You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and growth teams to develop messaging that resonates with our SMB audiences across various channels and formats. You’ll bring fresh ideas, write compelling copy, and turn complex product features into clear, persuasive content that drives awareness and adoption.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to blend brand storytelling with product marketing and conversion goals.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Craft and execute a full-funnel content strategy that highlights HitPay’s products and value to SMBs.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate product features, roadmaps, and customer pain points into blog posts, landing pages, scripts, case studies, sales enablement materials, and more.

  • Elevate the HitPay brand voice across all touchpoints—from blog and website to pitch decks, ads, and social.

  • Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across formats and channels.

  • Drive creative storytelling by capturing real merchant stories and showcasing how HitPay helps them grow.

  • Localize and adapt messaging for regional nuances across Southeast Asia.

  • Experiment with new formats (short-form, video scripts, explainers, memes, etc.) and distribution tactics.

  • Measure and optimize performance, using SEO, analytics, and feedback loops to inform future content.

👀 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.

  • A creative storyteller with a strong portfolio of written work (send samples!).

  • Solid understanding of product marketing fundamentals.

  • Ability to simplify complex topics and write for SMB audiences in a clear, engaging way.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and leadership.

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and performance tracking tools (e.g., GA, Ahrefs).

  • Passion for small business, fintech, and innovation in APAC.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with ecommerce, point-of-sale systems, or payment acceptance tools.
