Founded in 2020, we connect leaders – including founders, entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and healthcare executives – with pre-vetted remote professionals we call “Unicorns.” These individuals are from the Philippines and Latin America and are skilled in areas like administration, operations, marketing, customer support, and finance.

Our services cover a wide range of roles: Executive Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Admin Coordinators, Project Managers, Ops Specialists, Process Coordinators, Marketing Coordinators, Video Editors, Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, Client Success Managers, Account Reps, Support Specialists, Bookkeepers, Accountants, Analysts, AI Assistants, IT Specialists, Paid Media Specialists, and Senior Accountants.

Our process includes Leadership DNA Matching, pre-vetting talent, a “Unicorn 90” guided onboarding period, and ongoing performance support. We also handle HR, payroll, benefits, and global compliance for our clients. We provide tools like UnicornGPT™, Canva Pro, Slack, and a productivity dashboard. We aim to onboard talent in under 5 days, with hiring completed in as little as 10 days. Most roles cost between $2,500 and $3,000 per month, which typically offers a 60-70% cost reduction for our clients.

We support over 500 founders, executives, and growing teams worldwide. Our support system is built around five key areas: sourcing & vetting, onboarding & integration, performance monitoring, compliance & payroll, and multi-department expertise. Every client gets a “Success Pod” made up of their Unicorn, a Client Success Manager, and a Unicorn Success Manager. We look for soft skills like proactivity, initiative, and critical thinking – what we call “Unicorn Vibes” – and use our Leadership DNA™ Profile for precise matching.

We founded Assistantly in 2020 to change the offshore staffing industry. We wanted to move away from models that offered low pay, limited benefits, and ‘churn and burn’ work environments.
