That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Creative Director, Brand Campaigns with a strong background in copywriting, strategy, and campaign ideation and execution - someone who can deliver creative concepts that make a lasting impact.
We’d love to work with someone who brings both expertise and experience from a creative agency or an in-house brand known for producing standout campaigns. WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀
Creative Leadership:
- Develop and execute innovative, campaign-driven creative strategies that resonate with our target audiences in the Creator and Influencer space.
- Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the creative team.
Concepting & Execution:
- Generate big ideas for integrated campaigns and bring them to life through cross-channel execution (digital, video, social, experiential, and more).
- Ensure creative work aligns with and elevates the Manychat brand.
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and producers to craft cohesive and impactful work.
Storytelling & Copywriting:
- Lead the development of brand narratives and messaging frameworks that communicate Manychat’s value proposition effectively.
- Write and oversee compelling copy for campaigns, ensuring tone and messaging consistency.
Collaboration & Vision:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and advocate for bold, innovative ideas that drive results.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥
You’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director with prior experience as a Copywriter, Strategist or similar role, preferably within a creative agency or in-house creative brand.
- Expertise in developing integrated campaigns that make a lasting impact.
- A robust portfolio showcasing creative campaigns across diverse mediums and platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
- Strong background in copywriting and brand storytelling.
- A hands-on approach that takes big ideas from concept to execution with precision and detail.
- A passion for Manychat’s mission and a track record of delivering big ideas for bold, innovative brands.
