US Mobile

We were founded in 2014 to provide wireless connectivity. We specialize in telecommunications, mobile service, and MVNO operations, aiming to connect wireless devices like phones, drones, cars, watches, and pet trackers. Our 4G and 5G networks reach over 300 million Americans. We focus on technology and customer-friendly design to deliver our services.

We offer Unlimited Plans for data, talk, and text, and By the Gig plans with shareable data. Customers can choose custom plans or unlimited options. We also provide US Mobile Protect for smartphone coverage. Our international features include roaming in over 180 countries and international calling and texting from the US to over 200 destinations. Users can switch between all three major networks on demand.

Customers can manage their plans, track usage, and view analytics through the US Mobile app. We also have a web shop for affordable unlocked cell phones and offer phone unlocking services. For customers with multiple lines on Unlimited Premium, we offer monthly credits toward selected audio, streaming, or gaming services like Spotify Family, Apple Music Family, Netflix Standard, Max, PlayStation Plus, and Xbox Gamepass.

Our mission is to build a new connectivity platform, aiming to connect the next billion wireless devices to 4G and 5G networks nationwide. We call our approach “Democratizing Connectivity” because we believe communication should be accessible to everyone, no matter their background or location.

We started US Mobile because we believe people overpay for cell phone services. We offer flexible, customizable plans without contracts. This flexibility is a core principle, alongside our focus on customer-friendly design and service.
