REQUIRED SERVICE: Marketing VA

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior-Senior

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10hrs/wk

SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST

SHIFT HOURS: between 9AM-6PM EST

SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday

REPORTING TO/POC: TBD

We are seeking a highly versatile and creative Virtual Assistant to support our branding, marketing, and content creation needs. The ideal candidate will have strong design and visual communication skills, excellent time management, and experience with a wide range of creative and marketing tools. You will work on various digital and print design projects, social media content and strategy, presentation and document development, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Support
    • Design book covers and layouts.
    • Create cohesive branding and visual identity materials.
    • Design engaging and brand-aligned social media graphics.
    • Develop visual content strategies for platforms.
    • Support basic video editing and post-production graphics.
  • Marketing & Content Creation
    • Design presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
    • Create and manage newsletters and eBook layouts.
    • Write, edit, and manage blog content.
    • Design infographics, logos, and marketing visuals.
  • Administrative & Content Production Support
    • Design daily journals and specialty journals (e.g., Resilience Journey Journal).
    • Develop training manuals and guides for team development and certification programs.
    • Assist in managing social media channels: create content, post 3x daily, and engage with the audience.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience as a VA, designer, or marketing support specialist.
  • Strong portfolio of design work across print and digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • A strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and collaboration.
