Job Description
Location: Chicago candidates preferred, but will consider a remote rock star
Duration: 3-6 months with potential to extend
Hours: Averaging 20-25 hours per week to start
Hourly rate: $50-$60/hr. depending on experience

We’re seeking a Creative Strategist who can develop and implement effective consumer and corporate plans that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
Analyze business performance data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy within an agency environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
