Americor is seeking a Creditors Relations Administrator to join our team. The Creditor Relations Administrator will work in a fast paced, priority changing environment. The key responsibility of the Creditor Relations Administrator will vary depending on the needs of the department. The key responsibilities will be contacting clients or creditors as needed, working assigned lists with specific tasks, and assisting the creditor relations agents.
Compensation: $20.00 an hour
Work Location: Remote- Must reside within the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Contact creditors for information or settlement.
- Work through an assigned list, such as the expired settlement list.
- Review scrub lists for accuracy.
- Letter reconciliation.
- Maintain professionalism; reliable, punctual, tactful, considerate of others, and practice open communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Intermediate computer literacy skills, quick and efficient typing skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is important.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations.
- Superior time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently
- Effective problem solver, able to research issues and resolve challenges with minimal supervision.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
