Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize our Zoho suite of applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Zoho apps—primarily Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and related tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system supports business operations efficiently and aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps (e.g., Creator, Books, Desk, Recruit).

  • Customize modules, fields, workflows, validation rules, layouts, and Blueprints.

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security settings.

  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho Reports/Analytics.

  • Implement and maintain automation workflows, webhooks, and Deluge functions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and bugs; provide technical support and training.

  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, imports/exports, and deduplication.

  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (via API, Zoho Flow, or middleware platforms).

  • Stay up to date on Zoho product updates and make recommendations for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Zoho CRM or Zoho One Administrator (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho’s automation features.

  • Experience with Zoho Creator, including form/report creation and app workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books (nice to have).

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman, Zapier, or Make.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • Zoho CRM Administrator Certification

  • Zoho Creator Certified Developer

  • Experience with Zoho One ecosystem administration
