Job description
Instant Teams is seeking a dedicated and empathetic remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and technology, and will play a critical role in ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our product.
Responsibilities:
● Respond to inbound customer support emails in a timely and professional manner.
● Engage in live chat conversations with users using Intercom, providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting.
● Follow up with customers in select cases to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
● Maintain a deep understanding of Brisk’s products and services to effectively assist users.
● Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
● Collaborate with the technical and product teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Brisk’s products to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
● 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or education sector.
● Zendesk experience preferred
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
● Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using communication tools like Intercom, Slack and Gmail.
Training Schedule: 1 week of paid training; Monday 12pm-8:30pm EST and Tuesday - Friday 7:30am-4pm EST
Post Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am EST - 4:00pm EST
Pay Rate: $18/hour
This is a temporary position with a potential end date of October, with the potential to become permanent based on volume and performance.
Equipment is provided.
