About FounderBrands
FounderBrands is a content agency. We help our clients grow personal brands and drive high-quality leads to their businesses. We’re looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help take our clients’ digital presence to the next level.
We are looking for detail-driven people person. A lot of this role is relationship-building. Much of this role is celebrating wins with our clients and keeping them excited to work with us!
Responsibilities
Content Scheduling and Execution
- Review daily content schedules using a social media scheduling tool (we use Metricool)
- Ensure posts are scheduled at the right times and on the correct platforms
- Reschedule or fill in gaps when content is awaiting approval or needs to be moved
- Upload and schedule daily video content, including captions and hashtags
- Send content to clients for approval and follow up consistently
Newsletter and Lead Magnet Coordination
- Assist with newsletter setup, branding, and automation sequences in Beehiiv
- Upload newsletter-related videos, set titles and descriptions, and manage publish settings on YouTube
- Schedule social media posts to promote newsletters and lead magnets
- Monitor client inboxes during lead magnet campaigns and share frameworks as needed
Client Coordination and Engagement Support
- Monitor live content and flag high or low-performing posts
- Coordinate internal engagement efforts on key posts
- Manage daily workflows for LinkedIn comments, including drafting, approval, and posting
- Build great relationships with our clients
Analytics and Reporting
- Update weekly and monthly analytics trackers for client accounts
- Track what content is performing well and where improvements are needed
- Prepare data summaries to support monthly client reviews
Internal Operations and Onboarding
- Keep task management tools like Asana organized and up to date
- Maintain a library of SOPs, templates, and client documentation in Google Drive
- Support new client onboarding by preparing contracts, payment links, and project setup
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, content operations, or digital marketing
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Beehiiv
- Familiarity with publishing content to platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Clear written communication and a client-service mindset
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things run smoothly
