What you will do:
- Conduct resume review calls with clients to deliver personalized feedback and guidance
- Communicate and coordinate with the writing and interviewing teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Manage all client communications, including updates, confirmations, and follow-ups across email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Respond promptly to inquiries from new client leads and guide them through the onboarding process
- Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support while sharing best practices to maximize client success
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer success
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships simultaneously
- Familiarity with resume formats and strong knowledge of ATS tools and workflows
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRMs, email, and chat platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with writing and interviewing teams
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbpsβdownload and 40 Mbpsβupload)
