We started in 2017 to connect people looking for affordable housing with furnished rooms in shared homes across the U.S. We remove common rental barriers like long-term leases, minimum credit scores, or large upfront costs. Members pay all-inclusive weekly payments that cover rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and furniture, with move-ins possible within 48 hours. This service helps essential workers, students, and others find housing.

For property owners and investors, we help them maximize rental income by converting spaces into private rooms within managed co-living environments. Our platform offers hosts a simple solution, aiming for higher returns while also helping to solve housing affordability issues.

We offer clean, modern furnished rooms with utilities, WiFi, laundry access, and ²⁴⁄₇ telemedicine service. We provide flexible stays, identity and screening for residents, instant online approvals, and move-ins possible one day after booking. Members can save an average of $420 per month and may see their credit score improve through on-time payments. A 12-week minimum stay is required, after which the commitment automatically transitions to week-to-week.

Full-time employees receive two healthcare options, with a portion of the premium covered, medical, dental, and company-provided life insurance. Compensation packages are competitive, including a mix of long and short-term incentives, and an equity incentive plan.
