We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Team Lead for the Italian market (m/f/d), based in Milan, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team.

Your role in BizAway

As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives.

Your main responsibilities will be:

●Lead, coach, and inspire your team of CSEs, supporting their personal and professional growth

● Oversee the customer journey delivered by your team, from onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion; ensuring clients maximize value from BizAway

● Drive commercial success by supporting upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiations

● Monitor client health and team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce

● Anticipate renewal risks, design mitigation plans, and secure contract renewals

● Collaborate with Support, Service, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Your basic qualifications

● You have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales)

● You have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth

● You are commercially minded with experience in upselling and contract negotiations

● You are confident using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and dashboards to track KPIs

● You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

● You are fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken

● Previous experience in Travel Tech, SaaS, or the travel industry.

● Experience working in fast-paced scale-up environment.
