Imagine working with a globally renowned brand that inspires creativity every day.  We are looking for Norwegian Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team of Canon in beautiful Greece, where you can work remotely from anywhere in the country while supporting our valued customers!

Your Role at Canon:

  • Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.

  • Be the go-to expert on Canon’s innovative products and services.

  • Solve customer challenges by offering tailored troubleshooting solutions.

  • Provide guidance on Canon’s advanced cameras, printers, and imaging solutions.

  • Support inquiries about purchases, warranties, repairs, and more.

  • Native Norwegian speaker.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.

  • Familiarity with Canon products (or interest in learning) is an advantage!

  • Ability to relocate to Greece.

  • EU Passport holder.
