What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding support via phone, email, and chat. Your mission: Help every customer walk away satisfied.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to Swedish-speaking customers

  • Resolve product or service issues accurately and efficiently

  • Handle orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Communicate and coordinate with team members and departments

  • Assess customer needs and deliver personalized solutions

  • Native or near-native Swedish speaker

  • Proficient in English (B2-C1)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail

  • EU Passport (mandatory)

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
