What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding support via phone, email, and chat. Your mission: Help every customer walk away satisfied.
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional support to Swedish-speaking customers
Resolve product or service issues accurately and efficiently
Handle orders, forms, applications, and requests
Communicate and coordinate with team members and departments
Assess customer needs and deliver personalized solutions
Native or near-native Swedish speaker
Proficient in English (B2-C1)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
EU Passport (mandatory)
Willingness to relocate to Greece
