Veriff is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for the USA. As a key part of our global support organization, you’ll serve as the voice of Veriff for customers across multiple industries and time zones. You’ll be responsible for resolving support tickets, answering technical and product-related inquiries, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a problem-solving mindset, and cares deeply about customer outcomes.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Serving as the front-line support for Veriff’s global user base
- Troubleshooting platform, product, and integration questions with accuracy and empathy
- Working cross-functionally to escalate product bugs or customer needs with context and clarity
- Educating users and customers by guiding them through our platform and processes
- Identifying patterns in feedback and helping improve internal documentation and knowledge base
- Ensuring all support conversations align with our tone, SLAs, and quality standards
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:
- 1- 3 years in a customer support or customer-facing SaaS role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (bonus if you speak Spanish or Portuguese!)
- Experience using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a remote-first, global environment
- A passion for simplifying the complex and helping people succeed
- A self-starter mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, or fintech is a plus
You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:
- Experience supporting technical products or APIs
- Worked in a scale-up or fast-growing tech company
- Supported global customers across time zones or languages
Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $50,880 - $76,320. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
