Our client is a global BPO leader in customer support providing customized strategies for innovative brands.

🖋️You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor
What you will do:
As a Czech/Slovak Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
More specifically:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Fluency in Czech/Slovak language (C1-C2 level).
Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset.
Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
