ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the telecommunications ector, is seeking a Product Manager to join its high-performing team.

What you will do:
As a Product Owner – Mobile & Fixed (B2B), you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle and performance of telecom services for business clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
This is a key role in a dynamic organization that is shaping the future of cloud services in the local and regional market.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Translate commercial needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Track and analyze product KPIs and develop improvement strategies
• Own the product backlog for Mobile & Fixed B2B services
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
• Contribute to annual marketing and financial planning
• Lead user acceptance testing to validate product delivery
• Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance product penetration
• University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
💰 Gross Monthly Salary: €2,500 – €2,800
