ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an IT Presales Engineer.
Our client is a leading technology company, specialized in smart mobility and Smart City solutions. With a strong presence in the public sector, the company designs and develops integrated systems for ticketing, passenger information, parking management, and automated payment solutions. All products are designed and manufactured in-house, ensuring high quality, long lifecycle, and tailored support. The company actively supports digital innovation in cities across Greece, helping public transport and municipal organizations improve everyday life for citizens.

🖋️ You will be reporting to: ICT Presales Manager
What you will do:
As an IT Presales Engineer, you will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying opportunities, mainly within public ICT tenders, by aligning customer needs with the company’s technical solutions.
More specifically, you will:
• Analyze public tender documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to understand technical requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to gather all necessary technical input
• Prepare tailored technical proposals and supporting documentation
• Ensure full compliance with tender specifications
• Translate client needs into viable system solutions
• Participate in meetings with public sector stakeholders to support the technical side of the pitch
• Stay up to date with trends in Smart City infrastructure and mobility systems
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• 3 years of experience in a similar presales or tendering role, preferably in Smart Cities or
ICT projects for the Greek public sector
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
