Job Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving product innovation and strategic decision-making through in-depth data analysis. You will enhance our analytics platform, track user behavior, evaluate A/B tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable insights. Your ability to present clear, data-driven reports will help optimize the user experience and inform critical decisions across the company.
Main Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Implement in-depth research using Python to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and actionable insights that fuel product innovations and drive strategic decision-making. Your findings will directly influence the future direction of our products.
Analytics System Setup: Play an important role in enhancing and maintaining our analytics platform (Mixpanel) as part of a dynamic multi division team. You’ll implement industry best practices to track and analyze user behavior, product performance, and critical metrics, helping us in optimizing the user experience.
A/B Testing: Validate and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature effectiveness, user engagement, and design choices providing clear recommendations based on results.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers and key domain experts to understand business objectives and translate them into valuable analytical conclusions.
Reporting: Develop and present informative reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product optimization as well as data collection and analysis process.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in using Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for tracking user behavior events.
Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Proficiency in using SQL
Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
