Job description

The Data Entry Clerk will be the key liaison for administrative and data entry for our inside sales team in Chicago. This position participate in the onboarding of new accounts, provide administrative support for current clients and ensure all action items are completed in the system. This will be a hybrid role or potentially fully remote.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Displays strong attention to detail while entering data across multiple platforms
  • Comfortable working with various different departments (Sales Reps, Supply Chain, Warehouse/Inventory, and Operations Plant Supervisors/Customer Service Teams)
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft suite (Office 365, Word, Excel, etc)
  • Reliable and ability to see processes from start to finish-(will be an integral part in accounts being fully onboarded, delivering containers, etc
  • Content with performing repetitive work

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
