Summary
This is a remote, intermediate-level position in the Atlanta area for a technician to handle deployment and installation of Mashgin's technology across the country, with 50-75% travel expected. The role requires excellent technical ability, communication skills, and problem-solving. A bachelor's degree is required, and prior IT or tech repair experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Ability and desire to travel frequently
- Self-starter who is comfortable getting the job done without much assistance
- Relentlessly resourceful, always thinking outside the box to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Responsibilities
- Deploying and installing Mashgin's technology across the country
- Handling customer support tickets and calls
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and that customers are successful with Mashgin
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior IT or tech repair experience
- Strong technical ability: you should be comfortable doing things like installing drivers, diagnosing system issues, and building PCs using off-the-shelf components
