We are a venture capital firm and a software development company. Since 2012, our venture capital arm has focused on modern consumer businesses, investing where culture and invention meet. We support category-defining companies and conduct ongoing research to understand consumer behavior.

With nearly $3 billion in assets under management, we have invested in hundreds of companies, including Chime, Faire, OURA, Hims&Hers, The Farmer’s Dog, Glossier, and Ritual. We are one of the leading women-led venture capital firms to reach this scale.

Separately, we develop climate adaptation software for local governments and floodplain managers. This software helps public-sector buyers and government agencies improve citizen services.

Our mission, guided by the consumer, has been our “North Star” since 2012. We conduct continuous research to understand consumer actions and motivations, observing how world events shape lifestyles.
