Join Enterra Solutions as a Deployment Manager and oversee the deployment of AI solutions from initial planning to execution and support into cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software solution deployment specifically deployment roles within Cloud based services ideally at a software company
- 3+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud. AWS and GCP experience is nice to have but not essential
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, their applications and the use of Dockerized Images
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a client-facing/consulting role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams to ensure seamless deployment of Enterra’s platforms and solutions
- Create documentation and manage the library of client-specific technical deployment artifacts
- Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients, and manage and resolve issues for deployment
- Provide technical answers to client queries, including participation in client architectural reviews
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the deployment process
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the solutions effectively
- Track deployment progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly to minimize impact on timelines and client satisfaction
- Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies and processes
- Support Client Services team with RFI and RFP responses
