About the Role
You will be joining a team with a lot of expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Data management - as well as AI.The team is taking up an enabler role in the organisation to make product teams deliver their products faster, safer and better.
We are looking for someone who has a positive DevOps mindset, is technical and loves continuous improvement.
- Enabler: Setting up new environments, Cloud services or infrastructure needed for the ever-growing set of services we provide to our customers - building out an internal platform
- DevOps: Key player in keeping Dev and Ops working together well and improving the DevEx (Developer Experience)
- SRE: You will be performing Site Reliability Engineering activities to make sure the lights stay on and we keep improving our SLOs.Being On-Call is part of this.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in IT, preferably DevOps and Cloud
- Linux, Kubernetes (or similar tech), general IT like DNS/Networking
- Experience with IaC tooling like Terraform, Ansible, GitOps is a plus
- Traits of a successful candidate:
- Good communication skills
- Stress-handling during incidents
- Good documentation skills and internal selling of the platform
- Educational requirement: Bachelor’s in applicable field

Over de functie
Je komt te werken in een team met veel expertise op het gebied van Cloud, Infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, Kubernetes en Datamanagement – evenals AI. Het team heeft een ondersteunende rol binnen de organisatie om productteams hun producten sneller, veiliger en beter te laten leveren.
We zoeken iemand met een positieve DevOps mindset, die technisch is en van continue verbetering houdt.
Enabler: Het opzetten van nieuwe omgevingen, Cloud services of infrastructuur die nodig zijn voor de steeds groeiende set van diensten die we onze klanten bieden – het bouwen van een intern platform.
DevOps: Dit is een sleutelpositie in het goed laten samenwerken van Dev en Ops en het verbeteren van de DevEx (Developer Experience).
SRE: Je zult Site Reliability Engineering-activiteiten uitvoeren om ervoor te zorgen dat alles blijft draaien en we onze SLO’s blijven verbeteren. On-Call zijn is hier onderdeel van.
Ervaring
5 jaar ervaring in IT, bij voorkeur DevOps en Cloud
Linux, Kubernetes (of vergelijkbare technologie), algemene IT zoals DNS/Networking
Ervaring met IaC tooling zoals Terraform, Ansible, GitOps is een pluspunt
Eigenschappen van een succesvolle kandidaat:
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
Stressbestendigheid tijdens incidenten
Goede documentatievaardigheden en interne communicatie rond het platform
Opleidingseisen:
